How to create a new user
- From eaConnect side navbar, click on “Manage”. It will expand and show sub menu. Click on “Users” -
- To create a new user, click on “Create New” -
- Enter following details on the screen –
Name |
Name of the User |
Email |
Email id of the User |
Password |
Password for the User |
Role |
Choose the role for the User from the dropdown |
- Press “Save” Button to save the user
How to reset password for a user
- From eaConnect side navbar, click on “Manage”. It will expand and show sub menu. Click on “Users” -
- List of users is displayed. Search for the user and press on “Reset Password” button –
- Press “Yes” on the popup confirming reset password –
How to delete a user
- From eaConnect side navbar, click on “Manage”. It will expand and show sub menu. Click on “Users” -
- List of users is displayed. Search for the user and press on “Delete User” button –
- Press “Yes” on the popup confirming user deletion –
