How to request support
From eaConnect side navbar, click on “Manage”. It will expand and show sub menu. Click on “Request Support” -

Following form will be displayed on the screen
Enter following details on the screen –
Name
Name of the requesting person
Email
Email id of the requesting person
Describe the issue
Describe the issue in detail in the provided text box
Press “Submit” Button to send a request to support team
