This is the task type for reading data from specific objects in Sage Intacct.
Prerequisites
A connection has been configured for Sage Intacct and connection test is successful. A task to read metadata from Sage has been created and executed successfully.
Create Task type Sage Read Query
- From eaConnect home screen, go to Build->Tasks
- Click on “Create New” button
- Enter Following details on the screen
| Name | Enter a name for the task |
| Description | Enter a description for the task |
| Task Type | Choose the “Sage Read Query” from dropdown |
| Connection | Choose your Connection for Sage from the dropdown |
- Enter task specifc details on the screen
| Object Name | Choose Object from the dropdown |
| Query | Enter the query/criteria |
| Fields | Enter the list of fields to be selected. You may enter * for all fields |
| Fiel Name | Name of the file where data is saved |
| Fields Order | Enter Order of the field in the file. (Optional) |
| File Header | Enter the header for the file. (Optional) |
- Press “Save” button
