Pigment Export task in EAConnect
This task extracts the data from Pigment Planning Application based on the ‘Config ID’ provided in the task as a parameter. The extracted data is converted to the format needed in the target system(CSV format) and stored in the EAConnect server as an intermediate staged data file. This data is consumed further in the next task in the EAConnect Flow and can be cleared from the intermediate Staging area.
¶ Prerequisite
A connection has been configured to Pigment Planning App with the export API Key, and the connection test is active. Please receive the API key from the pigment customer representative. Note: Pigment has different API key for Import and Export tasks. (All import can use the same Import API key and All Export tasks can use the same Export API key.
1. Create a new connection with API key (if the connection is not already present). Go to Build→ Connections and click create new connection.
2. Enter the connection information and save. Process for creating the Pigment Import API connection is same.
