Anaplan File Download Task in EAConnect
This task Downloads CSV/Excel files to the EAConnect Server.
¶ Prerequisite
A connection has been configured to Anaplan Workspace, and the connection test is active. The CSV/Excel file needs to be manually exported out of Anaplan application once (using the Export action with in Anaplan) before this task can be executed via EAConnect. In EA Connect Flow this ‘file download’ task typically follows the ‘Export Action’ or ‘Export Process’ EAConnect task.
¶ Create Anaplan Download Task
1. Navigate to the Task section in EAConnect and create a new task
2. Enter the name and description. Select Task type ‘Anaplan Download File’ from the dropdown, Select the Anaplan Connection, enter the download file name, select workspace, model, and action type (File), and also select the file name in Anaplan Server. Click save after all the information is entered.
3. Verify the Task shows up under the Anaplan Connection.
