¶ NetSuite ODBC Connection
This documentation provides instructions on configuring a Netsuite ODBC connection. Follow the steps below to establish the Netsuite ODBC connection:
The following configuration values are required to connect to Netsuite.
- Account
- Client Token (Id)
- Client Secret
- User Token
- User Secret
- Host
- RoleId
- UID
¶ Pre-requisites
An integration definition must be done in Netsuite - Client ID and Token is generated there - which is to be provided in EAConnect connection config. Account is the NetSuite subdomain (you can see this in your Netsuite URL after logging in). Example documentation of the steps can be seen here
User token and secret is to be generated in Netsuite for the integration user.
An example permission list that provides read access to most of Netsuite data to integration user role is attached here. This can be customized as per specific client integration requirements and modules used in NetSuite.
¶ Create Netsuite ODBC Connection
- In EAConnect, click Create New.
2. Enter the information obtained to set up the connection and click save.
3. Confirm that the connection is active and not Idle.
