HANA DB Connection in EAConnect
Following configuration values are required to connect to HANA DB.
- Server Node
- UID
- Password
¶ Prerequisite
Request your client representative to get the IP address of EA Connect whitelisted.
Server Node – Contact your client representative for Server Node information. This is the IP address and port of the HANA DB.
UID, & Password – Request a new User and Password created to Access the HANA DB. This User will be used as an Integration user within EAConnect to connect to HANA DB. Please have the necessary roles assigned to the integration user.

¶ Create HANA DB Connection
- In EAConnect, click Create New.
2. Enter the information obtained to set up the connection and click save.
3. Confirm that the connection is active and not Idle.
